Welcome to VVyumVerse Adventure Transport. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://vvyumverse.shop (the “Site”) and the transportation services provided by VVyumVerse Adventure Transport (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in Vietnam.
By accessing our Site, creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our Site and services immediately.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or traveling with a legal guardian
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during booking
- Maintain the security of your account credentials (if applicable)
- Hold a valid passport and any required visas for travel in Vietnam
You are responsible for all activities under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
2. Service Descriptions and Booking Process
VVyumVerse provides passenger transportation to remote regions of Vietnam, including private transfers, guided expeditions, group logistics, and emergency support. Our services include:
- Professional drivers and bilingual guides (where selected)
- Vehicle transport with safety equipment and basic insurance
- Assistance with permits for protected or restricted areas
- Coordination of pickup/drop-off at agreed locations
Booking Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit and written confirmation from our team. Full payment is required 7 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed.
Itinerary Changes: Due to the nature of remote travel, routes, timing, and activities may be adjusted for safety, weather, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will communicate changes promptly and offer reasonable alternatives where possible.
3. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
All prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND) or US Dollars (USD) and include:
- Vehicle hire, fuel, and driver/guide fees
- Basic travel insurance (accident coverage up to 2 billion VND)
- Permit application assistance (approval subject to authorities)
- 24/7 coordination support during your journey
Prices do not include: international flights, visas, personal travel insurance, meals, accommodations, gratuities, or activities not specified in your itinerary.
Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards via secure PCI-DSS compliant gateways, and Wise/Revolut for international clients. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Taxes: Prices include Vietnamese VAT where applicable. International clients are responsible for any foreign transaction fees or taxes imposed by their financial institution.
4. Cancellation, Refunds, and Rescheduling
Cancellation by Passenger:
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund of deposit, minus 5% administrative fee
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% refund of total paid amount
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund, but credit valid for 12 months may be offered
Cancellation by VVyumVerse: If we cancel due to safety concerns, force majeure, or operational impossibility, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Rescheduling: Date changes requested more than 72 hours before departure incur no fee, subject to availability. Changes within 72 hours may incur a 10% rebooking fee.
No-Show Policy: Failure to appear at the agreed pickup location/time without prior notice results in forfeiture of all payments.
5. Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct
By booking with us, you agree to:
- Disclose any medical conditions, mobility limitations, or special needs that may affect travel safety
- Follow instructions from drivers, guides, and local authorities at all times
- Respect local customs, cultural protocols, and environmental guidelines in ethnic minority and protected areas
- Refrain from illegal activities, substance abuse, or behavior that endangers yourself or others
- Carry appropriate travel insurance covering medical evacuation, adventure activities, and trip interruption
We reserve the right to deny service, terminate a journey, or remove a passenger without refund if conduct violates these Terms, local law, or compromises group safety.
6. Liability Limitations and Indemnification
Assumption of Risk: Remote travel in Vietnam involves inherent risks including unpredictable weather, difficult terrain, limited medical access, and cultural sensitivities. You voluntarily assume these risks and confirm you are physically and mentally prepared for such journeys.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, VVyumVerse shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
- Delays, route changes, or service interruptions due to weather, road conditions, or force majeure
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during transport
- Actions or omissions of third-party providers (homestays, local guides, activity operators)
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific journey in question.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VVyumVerse, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, negligent conduct, or violation of local laws.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and itineraries—is the property of VVyumVerse Adventure Transport or its licensors and is protected by Vietnamese and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered marks of VVyumVerse. Nothing herein grants any license or right to use these marks without express authorization.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use our Site or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Vietnamese law
- Attempt to interfere with Site functionality, security features, or user data
- Scrape, crawl, or automate access to our Site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with us
- Book services for commercial resale or unauthorized tour operations
Violations may result in immediate account termination, service denial, and legal action.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.
10. Modifications to Terms and Services
We reserve the right to modify these Terms or any aspect of our services at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Site or services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage regular review of this page.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Formal Proceedings: Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You waive any objection to venue or forum non conveniens.
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought on an individual basis; you waive any right to participate in class, collective, or representative actions.
12. Force Majeure
VVyumVerse shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest, transportation strikes, extreme weather, or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to rebook, refund, or provide alternatives per our Cancellation Policy.
13. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver unless explicitly stated in writing.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any written service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and VVyumVerse regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications or proposals.
